what is the vsphere version ?

I'm not sure what the specific behavior looks like on your Mac. Could you please try these ways to see if any of them could be useful.

A. Switch to Single Window mode, power off VM. Power on it again, then switch to Full Screen mode.

B. Select View -> Use Single Display in Full Screen, then switch View mode.

C. If you are using multiple monitor, , adjust the Displays arrangement in System Preferences -> Displays. Then switch View mode.

Unfortunately, same error still persists.

Which PowerCLI version are you using?
From where do you run this?
Can you attach a screenshot of the commands and the error?

Which network did you use before upgrading to Fusion 11.5? Could you upload networking file under /Library/Preferences/VMware Fusion?

It would be great if you can attach the vmware.log in this thread for analysis. You can find it by following the steps as below:

Steps:

1) Launch the VM, reproduce the Out of Memory issue

2) Open VM Library, right click the VM, click 'Show in Finder'

3. Right click the VM bundle in Finder, click 'Show Package Contents'

4) Find vmware.log and attach it to this thread.

We do support VIO6 with a vDS setup, but I'm afraid there is no support with external dhcp server. Could you try to create a different vlan network with your external dhcp server, and boot an instance to see if instance can get ip address from neutron dhcp server.

I am trying to find out how much capacity each NSX-V VIB module for
distributed Logical Switching/FW/Routing requires per ESX host.

We are assuming our new infra system would consume logical resources
up to maximum configurations for NSX-V (ESG:2,000, DLR:1,000, DLSW:10,000 etc).

Thus if the configuration reaches to limitation, just wanted to figure
out how much CPU/Memory need to be ensured separately from ESX OS and Guest VMs.

Any input would be grateful for me.

Can you start a PS session as Administrator, and then do the Set-PowerCLIConfiguration setting for the AllUsers scope?

Log on to the admin UI after reset and change the password again. Try again to logon.

I recommend to enter the password recovery settings to ensure that in case you lose your admin password, you can use the recovery email to recover the password. (Administrator settings).

When saved, on admin login screen, you will notice an option of "Forgot Password". If you lost your password you can use this option and you will receive an email with a reset password link,

В поисках решения несколько раз натыкался на возможность использования vmkfstools. Установить и использовать эту программу мне не удалось, поскольку она входит в пакет vSphere и предназначена для выполнения в среде Linux. У меня Windows 10 и vmware workstation pro 15.5. Для данной среды я скачал VMware Virtual Disk Development Kit.

В нем есть рекомендуемая для восстановления через командную строку программа vmware-vdiskmanager, но она не принимает диск. При вводе команды на восстановлдение просто возвращается в командную строку без каких либо комментариев. Возможно требуется ввести в качестве ключа к vmware-vdiskmanager пароль к диску, но с каким ключем я не знаю.

Starwind converter я пробовал, но тоже не понятно куда там вводить пароль для диска.

С помощью архиватора 7z я его распаковал, пароль архиватор не запрашивал. В результате получил файл img, который так же нельзя смонтировать как диск, программы не запрашивают к нему пароль.
